About the role As a sous chef, you'll be an important part of our kitchen and work closely with the head chef in day-to-day operations. You'll help plan, lead, and inspire the team while ensuring that every plate leaving the kitchen maintains high quality. We're not just looking for a skilled cook – we're looking for a team player. Someone who enjoys collaborating, shares their knowledge, and wants to develop and have fun with their colleagues. We believe that you Have several years of cooking experience and preferably have worked as a sous chef or in a leadership role. Have an eye for detail and never leave anything to chance. Are a positive team player who contributes to a good atmosphere in the kitchen. Enjoy a fast pace and see solutions when challenges arise.
