Lunch Cook Needed – Season 2026 (Full-time / Part-time / As Needed)

Are you a confident and experienced cook who appreciates structure, quality, and classic Swedish cuisine? Do you want to work in a kitchen where you help create order, routines, and smooth daily operations? Then you might be the person we're looking for. We are now hiring a lunch cook for the 2026 season. This is a seasonal position starting in mid-April and can be full-time, part-time, or as-needed. Work follows a schedule and includes both weekdays and weekends. About the Position As our lunch cook, you will be responsible for daily lunch production and contribute to an efficient, organized kitchen with consistent quality. Your work will include: • Preparing classic Swedish home cooking with a focus on quality, taste, and pace • Planning and developing lunch menus • Overseeing ingredient orders and inventory management • Actively maintaining kitchen structure, organization, and planning • Ensuring compliance with hygiene, self-inspection, and food safety procedures • Assisting with event and catering preparations when needed We Are Looking for You If ✔ You have documented experience as a cook ✔ You are confident in Swedish home cooking and volume lunch production ✔ You are well-organized and experienced in planning purchases and production ✔ You have solid knowledge of food legislation, self-inspection, and temperature control ✔ You understand and work according to environmental and occupational health authority requirements ✔ You are reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic ✔ You can maintain a fast pace without compromising quality We Offer • A stable position in a beautiful golf environment • A dedicated and professional team • Seasonal employment with options for full-time, part-time, or as-needed work Important Information – Please Read Before Applying Check on Google Maps where the restaurant is located and ensure you can actually get to and from work before submitting your application.
