Ramen Chef Wanted for Newly Opened Restaurant

🍜 We're looking for a passionate ramen chef for our soon-to-open restaurant! Are you a meticulous and driven chef who loves Japanese cuisine and wants to be part of something new from the start? About Us We're opening a modern ramen restaurant soon with a focus on authentic flavors, craftsmanship, and high quality. For us, the experience is central – from broth and noodles to toppings and service. We're building a kitchen team with ambitions, where you'll get to help develop both work routines and the menu. About the Position We're now looking for a chef with experience in ramen or Japanese cuisine to strengthen our kitchen team ahead of opening and beyond. You'll work with everything from prep and mise en place to service, with extra focus on ramen components like broth, tare, oils, and toppings. Your responsibilities include: Preparing ramen and other Japanese dishes according to recipes and quality standards Prep work: broth cooking, tare, oils, meat/toppings, vegetables, etc. Mise en place and efficient management during service Raw material handling, quality assurance, and waste control Maintaining order, hygiene, and routines according to standard procedures Contributing ideas and improvements to the menu and work methods We're Looking for Someone Who: Has experience as a chef (preferably in Japanese cuisine/ramen, but not required if you're the right person) Is quick, organized, and meticulous Thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes responsibility for your station Has good teamwork skills and a positive attitude Speaks Swedish or English We Offer: A secure position in a restaurant opening with high ambitions The opportunity to be part of the start and influence the setup and menu Good team spirit and an organized kitchen Salary by agreement Full-time (part-time can be discussed for the right person) 📍 Workplace: (Brandbergen) 📅 Start date: By agreement Application: Send a brief introduction + CV to ([email protected]).
