About the Position As an Automation Electrician, you will be part of our Maintenance Team. The Maintenance Team is a crucial part of our production organization, where you will also work closely with maintenance mechanics. Together, you will be responsible for developing, securing, and optimizing production through technical improvements and smart solutions. You will work in a production environment with a fleet of machinery consisting of extrusion machines, post-processing equipment, and other advanced production equipment. Your tasks will include troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance work, preventive maintenance, and mechanical repair work. Documentation will be recorded in the MaintMaster maintenance system. You will naturally move between independent work and close collaboration with colleagues, which requires both initiative and teamwork. Working hours are scheduled for daytime 06:00-14:30 on weekdays Monday-Friday, with on-call duty every 4th weekend. The position will be filled by agreement and is a permanent employment that begins with a 6-month trial period. Your Profile We are looking for someone with a technical background in electrical systems and automation who enjoys a role where you can combine problem-solving with practical production work. You understand how deviations arise in production and are accustomed to analyzing causes, identifying patterns, and developing sustainable solutions that reduce the risk of recurring problems.
