The Role of Foreman/Project Manager As a foreman/project manager, you are responsible for planning, driving, and following up roof and sheet metal projects from start to finish. Operations Manager – School and Youth Location: Nynäshamn and Rågsved, Stockholm Scope: Full-time Employer: DrömStort Do you want to help create more opportunities for young people? Dröm Stort is a nonprofit organization working to ensure that all young people have the opportunity to reach their full potential. Through school programs, holiday activities, leadership programs, work experience, and mentorship, we create pathways to hope for the future, community, and personal development. We collaborate with established organizations such as IKEA Social Entrepreneurship & Sustainability and Tim Bergling Foundation in our work to strengthen young people's mental health and opportunities. We are now looking for an Operations Manager – School and Youth who wants to combine hands-on work with children and young people with responsibility for planning, coordination, and development of our programs. This is an operational role where you spend a large part of the week working directly in our programs. About the role Your main workplace will be our school program in Nynäshamn, where you will spend two days a week planning and leading break activities and Läskul together with students and school staff. You will also work from Drömgården in Rågsved, which is DrömStort's program and meeting center. There you will lead and support young people, interns, and volunteers one evening per week, as well as handle planning and administration.
