Youth Consultant Location: Drömgården in Rågsved and school programs in Stockholm County Position Type: Full-time Employer: Drömstort Want to be part of creating more opportunities for children and young people? Through school programs, holiday activities, leadership programs, work experience, and mentorship, we create pathways to future hope, community, and personal development. We collaborate with established partners such as IKEA Social Entrepreneurship & Sustainability and Tim Bergling Foundation in our work to strengthen young people's mental health, future prospects, and opportunities. We are now seeking a Youth Consultant who wants to be part of developing our programs with us. About the Role As a Youth Consultant, you are an important adult role model for children and young people. You work closely with participants in our school programs and at Drömgården while contributing with communications, administration, and practical program support. This is a varied and hands-on position where you meet people every day. One day you lead activities with children and youth, and the next day you work with social media, documentation, or administrative tasks. We are not looking for someone who can do everything from day one. We are looking for you to grow with us and make a difference for more children and young people. Your Responsibilities Children and Youth Programs Participate in Drömgården's evening activities three evenings per week. Support children and youth in activities, projects, and leadership development. Assist with break activities, reading club, and homework help for students in grades 1–3. Plan and implement holiday activities. Contribute to creating a safe, inclusive, and inspiring gathering place. Communications Publish content on social media. Document programs through photos and videos. Create simple informational materials. Help raise visibility of Drömstort's work and results. Administration Collect and organize receipts, invoices, and administrative documentation. Work in digital administrative systems. Contribute to organization and structure in program administration. About You You enjoy working with children and young people. You are engaged, responsible, and positive. You are creative and enjoy taking own initiative. You have an interest in communications and social media. You are organized and enjoy combining hands-on work with administrative tasks. You want to grow with an organization that works every day to create more opportunities for young people.
