LBF Bygg AB is growing and is now seeking an engaged and business-driven Site Manager who wants to help develop both the business and our projects. About the role As a Site Manager with us, you have a key role in the organization. You are responsible for leading and developing project operations, from estimation and planning to execution and follow-up. You have full profit responsibility and work closely with customers, project supervisors, and management. You will: Lead and support project supervisors and project teams Manage economics, quality, and schedules for projects Work with estimations and business development Build and strengthen customer relationships Ensure that projects are executed according to our high standards for quality and work environment Who are you? We are looking for you – a confident leader with a strong business sense and genuine passion for the construction industry. You have: Several years of experience in a leadership role within construction (e.g., project supervisor or site manager) Strong knowledge of construction contract law, finance, and project management The ability to create structure and drive projects forward A solution-oriented approach and strong communication skills As a person, you are driven, responsible, and thrive in a role where you can combine leadership with business development.
