Finance Administrator / Economist

Finance Administrator at LBF Bygg & Mark Would you like a varied role where finance, administration, and communication come together? LBF Bygg & Mark is growing and is now looking for a dedicated finance administrator who wants to become an important part of our team in Arlandastad. With us, you'll get a broad and development-oriented role where you work closely with management, project managers, and other colleagues. We are an established construction company with over 25 years of experience in building, earthworks, and contracting. Your responsibilities In this role, you will work with: Ongoing bookkeeping Supplier and customer invoicing VAT reporting and declarations Payroll administration Reconciliations and support with financial closing Administrative support to project managers and management Document management and other administrative tasks Social media and content publishing Creation and updating of job postings, texts, and marketing materials We are looking for someone who Has experience in finance and administration Is thorough, organized, and self-driven Enjoys taking responsibility and working with varied tasks Has strong Microsoft Office skills Is communicative and enjoys collaborating with others Has an interest in social media and enjoys writing and creating content Meritorious qualifications Experience from the construction or contracting industry Knowledge of Fortnox Experience with Next Project Experience with payroll management and project administration We offer A safe and family-like workplace Short decision-making paths and close collaboration with management A dedicated team with high expertise Opportunity to influence and develop in your role A varied workday where no two days are the same About the position Location: Arlandastad Scope: Full-time Start date: By agreement Selection and interviews are ongoing, so don't delay submitting your application.
