Job Description Do you want to work in a key position and help ensure our operations run smoothly day to day? Apply for the staffing planner position at SiS! We are expanding and are now looking for an additional staffing planner to join our organization at Sundbo to strengthen our HR team! As a staffing planner, you hold overall responsibility for staffing planning for all departments at the facility. This role is an important part of creating the conditions for SiS to establish a more equitable and efficient approach across the entire organization. You are responsible for operational planning to staff work shifts and coordinate the facility's staffing needs, both short and long term. When needed, you adapt schedules for, for example, rehabilitation or temporary part-time work, and you are also a key person for coordinating scheduling during vacation periods. As a staffing planner, you are involved in planning orientation for new employees, you inform and follow up on the facility's overtime hours, and you work proactively to identify recruitment needs. In addition to operational staffing planning, you are also responsible for administering and being the facility's expert in the staffing system Besched. Your work involves working independently and closely with your staffing planner colleague, while also having many contact points and collaborations with both staff members, department heads, and your closest colleagues in the HR team.
