Hourly Staff and Temporary Substitutes for Kriscentrum Boende Heder

Ref: 20261971 Job Duties We are now recruiting temporary hourly staff for Kriscentrum Boende Heder ahead of Christmas and New Year. Boende Heder is an HVB (home for care or residence) for girls and young women aged 14–22 who are victims of honor-related violence and who have protection needs. Staff assess protection needs and throughout the placement period, staff work closely with the placing social worker. As staff, you work with informative and supportive conversations, protection assessments, on-call phone conversations, documentation, and collaboration with social services, healthcare, lawyers, and police, among others. The work also includes practical tasks in the residence as well as activities for children and adults both within and outside the residence. We are now recruiting temporary hourly staff for day, evening, weekend, and night shifts. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is a social work student and has completed the legal studies term or holds a degree in social work. It is advantageous if you have education and/or experience working in the following areas: Honor-related violence Intimate partner violence Residential care work Patriarch/HEVA FREDA TMO Work with young people As a person, we want you to have good collaboration skills that enable you to listen in and show interest and understanding for other people. You have good demeanor and the ability to build good relationships with others. Furthermore, you can plan work independently and take responsibility for your tasks. You have drive, are receptive, and adapt easily to changing circumstances. Given the nature of the activities, it is of great importance that you are skilled at communicating and that you are confident in yourself. You have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. If you speak other languages, this is advantageous. A class B driver's license for a manual transmission car is desirable but not required. Unit Manager for Social Services
