Do you have experience with major investment projects and want to help shape the production facilities of the future? Then this could be the right assignment for you. About the Role We are now looking for an experienced CAPEX/Infrastructure Buyer who will play a central role in work related to production facility investments. The focus is on procurement of production-related investments such as tanks, pipelines, process equipment, and other production infrastructure. In this role, you are responsible for the entire sourcing process, from needs analysis and market research to negotiation, contract writing, and supplier follow-up. You work closely with the business and contribute with both commercial understanding and strategic procurement expertise. Responsibilities Drive sourcing processes from start to finish Take responsibility for CAPEX-related investments in production Conduct market analyses and supplier evaluations Negotiate commercial terms and establish agreements Collaborate closely with production, project organizations, and other stakeholders Ensure business-appropriate and cost-effective solutions What We're Looking For At least 5 years of experience in strategic procurement or investment procurement Experience with CAPEX procurement in manufacturing, production, or process industries Good understanding of the sourcing process from need to implemented solution Strong commercial skills and experience driving negotiations Experience working in Excel Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP It is a plus if you have experience from: Production environments Pharma FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) Personal Qualities To succeed in this role, we see that you are a person who: Finds it easy to build good relationships and collaborations Is communicative and appreciated by colleagues and stakeholders Thrives in a larger organization and has a business-minded, professional approach Can manage multiple parallel projects and priorities simultaneously Is self-driven and solution-oriented About the Assignment Location: Malmö / Karlskrona Start: Immediate Scope: Full-time
