About Vallgossen Elderly Care Facility Vallgossen, located centrally on Kungsholmen with a focus on dementia and somatic care, is Stockholm Hospital's first and oldest elderly care facility. About the Occupational Therapist Role As an occupational therapist, you will be part of our interdisciplinary team where you work closely with other professionals. Together with the physiotherapist, you are responsible for providing our residents with person-centered and everyday rehabilitation services. Rehabilitation occurs at different levels within the organization and is an integrated part of the social and health services offered. An important part of rehabilitation for the elderly takes place in daily activities. The physiotherapist and occupational therapist assess the elderly person's needs and determine whether any interventions are best performed by licensed personnel or by care staff. Clinica Vintersol is a rehabilitation facility on southern Tenerife, designed primarily for people with neurological and rheumatological diseases as well as psoriasis.
