Occupational Therapist 40% at Newly Opened Attendo Roden – Norrtälje Would you like to be part of the start-up and build rehabilitation services at a brand new senior living facility? On February 1, 2027, Attendo Roden – a new and modern senior living residence with 60 apartments – opens in Norrtälje. We are now seeking a licensed occupational therapist at 40% who wants to be involved from the beginning and contribute to a safe, active, and meaningful daily life for our residents. Attendo Roden is a Lifestyle Residence with Sports & Spa amenities, including a gym, sports bar, spa, common areas, and a roof terrace. Close collaboration and an expanded rehab team At Attendo Roden, you will work closely with a physical therapist colleague. Together, you will be responsible for rehabilitation services at the facility and be part of the multiprofessional team. You will also be part of our local rehab team in Norrtälje, which currently consists of four occupational therapists and physical therapists and will grow to six people. This gives you colleagues in the local area for support, experience sharing, and collaborative problem-solving. The Norrtälje team is, in turn, part of Nära Vård Rehab Stockholm, with approximately 30 occupational therapists and physical therapists. About the position As an occupational therapist, you will have an important role in launching Attendo Roden and the opportunity to develop routines and rehabilitation-focused approaches from the ground up together with your physical therapist colleague and other professionals. The position is 40%, equivalent to two working days per week. If you wish, there is an opportunity to work more, for example with transfer training, quality work, and internal assessments. You will work with a focus on maintaining and strengthening residents' activity capacity, independence, participation, and quality of life. The role also includes guidance for care staff and promoting a rehabilitation-oriented approach throughout the facility.
