Senior IT Security Specialist
Would you like to work with IT security close to development and have a clear mandate to translate identified security risks into concrete actions? We are now recruiting a Senior IT Security Specialist for one of our clients in Stockholm. Here you will have a central role in security work where the focus is on getting things done together with the development teams. You will work both proactively and reactively with security issues, incidents and vulnerabilities – with ample opportunity to use your experience to assess what is actually most important to prioritize. ABOUT THE ROLE: As a Senior IT Security Specialist, you will be an important link between security and development. You will receive security findings from, for example, scans, reviews, incidents and external reports, translate these into concrete actions and work together with the development teams to ensure that the right issues are addressed. The role typically does not involve you writing code yourself. However, you need to have a good technical understanding, understand the developers' reality and be able to communicate security issues in a way that works in practice. An important part of the role is being able to make risk-based prioritizations. Not all security risks are equally critical and you need to be able to understand the big picture, identify what is most important to protect and assess which actions will have the greatest impact based on both business needs and technical reality. You will also serve as an experienced "second opinion" when complex security issues arise and contribute to developing the team's competence and approach to security. YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Receive and analyze security findings from scans, reviews, incidents and external reports Translate identified vulnerabilities and risks into concrete actions for the development teams Drive and follow up on the implementation of prioritized security measures Work with incident management, including log analysis and technical assessments Make risk-based prioritizations based on business value and technical reality Provide quick recommendations during security incidents, for example regarding whether systems or functionality need to be restricted or shut down Serve as an experienced second opinion on complex security issues Collaborate closely with developers and other technical functions Contribute to developing the team's knowledge and capability in the security area WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU You have solid experience in IT and cybersecurity and are used to working close to development teams in technically complex environments. You have the ability to move from identified risk to actual action and understand that successful security work is about prioritization, communication and implementation just as much as identifying vulnerabilities. To succeed in this role, we see that you: Have senior experience in IT security Have a good understanding of software development and developers' technical reality Can analyze security findings and translate them into concrete and feasible actions Have experience with incident management, log analysis and technical security assessments Work pragmatically and risk-based rather than viewing security issues as black or white Can identify the organization's most critical assets and prioritize security work accordingly Are confident in making and communicating quick decisions when the situation requires it Can challenge, support and collaborate with development teams without security work becoming an obstacle to development Experience from penetration testing, offensive security or similar work with vulnerabilities, root cause analysis and risk reduction is highly meritorious. You also need to be comfortable working in English, which is the group language. ABOUT THE COMPANY Our client is a Swedish consulting firm operating in IT, telecom and industry. The company works to connect specialist expertise with technically complex operations and has a clear focus on quality, long-term collaborations and competence development. You will become part of an organization where technical expertise is highly valued and where you will have the opportunity to work with advanced issues while continuing to develop within your specialist field. OTHER INFORMATION Scope: Full-time Start: By agreement Salary: Competitive Working hours: Office hours Location: Kista, Stockholm As an employee you will be offered, among other things: Wellness allowance Flexible working hours Competence development Education allowance Occupational pension Bonus opportunities Social activities The role is perfect for you if you want to combine deep security expertise with a business-focused and pragmatic approach, and if you are motivated by security work that actually leads to concrete improvements, not just reports and recommendations. Senior Full-stack Developer at Baemingo
Restaurants are places where life happens. First dates, final dinners, the deal that changed everything, or the birthday your mom still talks about. We believe the people behind restaurants deserve the world's best technology – not sometime in the future, but today. That's why we come to work every morning. ABOUT BAEMINGO Baemingo builds the financial operating system for the restaurant industry – a platform that brings together point-of-sale systems (POS), payments, analytics tools, and financial services in one place. Their idea is simple: give every restaurant owner the right tools, the right data, and the right financial support to grow their business. One restaurant becomes two. Two becomes ten. Founded in Stockholm in 2017, the company now has approximately 35 employees. They support over 4,000 restaurants across five countries and have been recognized on Deloitte's Sweden Technology Fast 50 list. The platform is built by entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs – one of their founders still runs their own restaurant, meaning the product is tested in real life every day, not just in a conference room. ABOUT THE ROLE Baemingo is looking for a senior full-stack developer who wants to take end-to-end ownership of features across the entire development stack – from APIs to user interfaces and across the entire platform. One week you might develop the point-of-sale system used daily by thousands of restaurants. The next week you work on payments, analytics features, back-office systems, banking services, or AI functionality. You work where you make the greatest impact. You'll be part of a small, experienced development team with a short path from idea to production and work closely with the company's CTO. Here you're expected to own your solutions, deliver high quality, and take responsibility even after features are launched. WHAT YOU'LL BUILD Business-critical systems for restaurantsYou develop the software restaurants use every day, such as point-of-sale systems, internal tools, and dashboards. The goal is for the technology to work so seamlessly that users barely think about it. Financial servicesYou work on solutions in payments, banking, lending, cards, and onboarding – systems that handle real payment flows for thousands of businesses. AI functionalityAI is an integrated part of the product. You'll be involved in developing agent-based AI solutions and analytics features that learn from thousands of restaurants, rather than just integrating a traditional chatbot. Tech Stack Frontend React TypeScript Vite Tailwind CSS Apollo Client (GraphQL) Backend Node.js TypeScript GraphQL DynamoDB Integrations with payment, identity, and banking systems AI LLM-based agent functionality Tool Calling Streaming Multi-agent orchestration Infrastructure AWS (S3, CloudFront, SSM) CircleCI Monorepo architecture You don't need to know every technology from day one. However, we're looking for someone who can quickly learn new technologies and tools. WE'RE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO Have approximately five years or more of experience developing modern web applications Have deep experience with both frontend development (React/TypeScript) and backend development (Node.js, APIs, and databases) Have GraphQL experience or feel comfortable quickly learning it Like taking ownership of a feature from end to end, from concept and requirements to finished solution in production Want to contribute to the team's technical development and share your knowledge Have excellent Swedish and English skills, both spoken and written Have the ability to work on-site at our Stockholm office It's a plus if you have experience with: Multiple product areas such as POS, payments, analytics, fintech, or internal operations systems Practical work with LLMs, AI agents, RAG, or AI model evaluation Payment solutions or other regulated operations Design and user experience, and the ability to turn a design sketch or idea into a polished product BAEMINGO'S PHILOSOPHY The best restaurants deserve the best digital tools Restaurants should have a real financial partner, not just a point-of-sale system Personal support makes a big difference The best software is the kind users don't have to think about – it just works OTHER INFORMATION Scope: Full-time, employment Start: By agreement Salary: Competitive Working hours: Office hours Location: Central Stockholm (on-site work) RECRUITMENT PROCESS & CONTACT This is a direct recruitment, which means the selected candidate will be hired directly by Baemingo. People of Finance is seeking a social, organized, and highly digital person who wants to work part-time close to the company's partners and leadership, helping us continue developing our network of some of Sweden's most sought-after economists and consultants. With us, you'll work with search and recruitment in a real way, but also with LinkedIn, CRM, AI, and automation to find smarter and faster ways of working. This is not a traditional administrative HR role. We're looking for someone who values people and relationships just as much as structure, technology, and new ways of working. About People of FinancePeople of Finance specializes in recruitment and interim staffing within economics and finance. For over 12 years, we've built relationships with CFOs, finance managers, controllers, accounting specialists, and other sought-after economists. The best relationships are built before the need arises. That's why we build relationships with candidates and consultants long before the right opportunity comes up. When a client needs help, we already know many of the people who could be the right fit and can act quickly. Now we want to combine our personal network even more with AI, automation, and smarter digital ways of working. The RoleYour most important task will be to keep our candidate and consultant network alive, relevant, and up to date. You will, among other things: Search for and identify new candidates and consultants via LinkedIn and other digital channels. Make new contacts and build long-term relationships. Maintain ongoing dialogue with our network regarding availability, upcoming assignments, and what people are looking for moving forward. Ensure that skills, availability, and candidate data in our CRM are up to date. Match our network with new consulting assignments and recruitments and quickly build relevant candidate lists. Help us develop how we use AI, CRM, LinkedIn, and automation to work faster and smarter. You will primarily work with People of Finance but can also support our team at Nordicrule within IT, Tech, and Office. Who are we looking for?We believe you might be studying and looking for a qualified part-time job, but we're more interested in the right person than the right CV. That's why we're also open to someone with a few years of experience in recruitment, search, or similar who is looking for a part-time role. You are social, relationship-oriented, and unafraid to contact people you've never spoken to before. At the same time, you're organized, service-minded, and like to keep details in order. Above all, you're digitally inclined. You like new tools, learn systems quickly, and are the person who asks: "Why are we doing this manually when it should be possible to automate?" You don't need to be able to program, but we want you to be curious about AI, automation, and how technology can make recruitment better and faster. Experience with recruitment, LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM, search, or AI tools is a merit but not a requirement. What do you get from us?You work close to the company's founder and leadership and gain great insight into recruitment, search, the interim market, and how an entrepreneurship-driven company operates. We are a small team with short decision-making paths. If you have a good idea, we test it. For the right person, there are great opportunities to develop and gradually take on greater responsibility. Scope: Part-time, approximately 40–60%, with flexibility depending on the right person. Location: Stockholm Does this sound like something for you? We'd love to hear from you!
