ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Full Stack Engineer, you'll work on designing, developing, and further developing software solutions for the company's clients. The role involves end-to-end responsibility where you're involved in everything from architecture and design to implementation and further development.
The role involves:
Developing and maintaining scalable systems across the entire tech stack
Working with both backend, frontend, databases, and cloud services
Ensuring high code quality, security, and long-term sustainability
Collaborating closely with clients to translate business needs into technical solutions
Contributing to architecture and design decisions
Working with modern tools, including AI support in the development process
Participating in knowledge sharing and continuous professional development
You'll work on consulting assignments, which means variety, client contact, and the opportunity to influence solutions in different types of organizations.
WE'RE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
Have at least 4–5 years of software development experience
Have a relevant academic education in, for example, computer engineering or systems science
Have experience in backend development in, for example, Python, Java, or C#
Have worked with modern frontend frameworks
Have experience working across the entire stack (database, API, frontend, cloud)
Have a good understanding of system architecture, design patterns, and software principles
Speak and write fluently in Swedish and English
EXTRA MERITS IF YOU
Have experience in consulting roles and client-facing work
Have worked with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Have experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and pipelines
Have an interest in or experience with AI-driven development tools
