About the Position We are now seeking experienced and dedicated assemblers/steel assemblers for exciting projects in industrial, warehouse, and commercial real estate. The work involves assembling steel structures for large buildings where safety, quality, and collaboration are in focus. You will work in a close-knit team with varying projects throughout the country. This role is perfect for you if you enjoy practical work at heights and have experience with heavy assembly in the construction or industrial sector. What the Role Entails As an assembly lead/steel assembler, you will work on erecting the frame and shell of large buildings such as warehouses, storage facilities, and industrial properties. Your tasks will include: * Assembly of steel beams and load-bearing steel structures * Installation of external wall panels and roof constructions * Work from elevated work platforms and lifts during high-altitude assembly * Collaboration with crane operators for lifting and positioning steel beams * Reading drawings and working according to technical specifications Qualifications We are looking for someone with experience in steel assembly and a good understanding of construction processes and workplace safety. Requirements: * Experience working at heights * Elevated work platform certification and training in safe lifting * Ability to read and understand drawings * Good physical fitness and safety mindset * Class B driver's license Meritorious: * Previous experience as an assembly lead * Traverse or crane operation knowledge * Fall protection training * Hot work certification Employment This is a full-time position starting in August.
