The Legal Support operational area is responsible for the division's review activities, litigation in court and legally adjacent case management support. Together, the operational area should be a force and driving force in the legal quality work of the division. The Process and Legal Affairs unit is part of the NA Legal Support operational area and consists of ten lawyers and five legal process officers, all based at the office in Malmö. The unit provides legal support to the division's employees located at multiple locations throughout the country. Legal Support, Development and Collaboration Work as a lawyer within an insurance division involves special responsibility for correct and uniform application of social security and other applicable legislation. As operations grow and develop, you will play an important role in ensuring high quality and legal certainty in our work. Based on legal governance, you are responsible for monitoring legal developments within the insurance field in which you operate. By providing close legal support in administrative law matters to the insurance area's employees and development activities, you contribute to good legal quality. You support managers and employees on legal matters and share your knowledge.
