SJR is now seeking a recent graduate Billing Specialist for an exciting consulting assignment with a global and well-reputed company with offices in the Gårda area in Gothenburg. The position is full-time, starting as soon as possible and running until June 2027, with good opportunities for extension. About the Position In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in an international organization where you are responsible for the company's billing process. The work is conducted in Oracle and is suitable for you as you are starting your career. The position is located at the client's office five days a week and offers a dynamic work environment with good communications and proximity to public transportation and services. Responsibilities As a Billing Specialist, you will primarily work with: - Billing in Oracle - Registration and administration of customer invoices - Ensuring correct billing documentation - Handling inquiries related to invoices and the billing process - Monitoring and quality assurance of billing workflows - Ongoing administrative tasks within the billing function Suitable Background We are looking for someone with a high school education and preferably some post-secondary education in economics. You may be a recent graduate or have some previous experience with administrative tasks, preferably including invoicing or accounting administration. Experience with Oracle is a merit but not a requirement. You have good systems knowledge and feel comfortable working in different business systems and administrative tools. Since you will be in contact with both Swedish and international colleagues, we see that you master Swedish and English well in both speech and writing.
