Site Manager Construction for VG-Teknik

About the role
As Site Manager, you'll have overall responsibility for driving projects from start to finish. You'll be an important part of production and work closely with employees, subcontractors, clients, and other functions within the company.
You will, among other things:
Plan, lead, and follow up on daily production
Take responsibility for project finances, quality, schedule, and work environment
Lead and coordinate skilled workers, machinery resources, and subcontractors
Ensure that work is carried out efficiently and according to set goals
Maintain ongoing contact with clients, principals, and partners
Follow up on ÄTA, production, and the project's financial development
Create structure and engagement in the field projects
Be a clear and present leader who drives projects forward
The role is both operational and commercial, and you'll have considerable scope to influence how projects are executed and developed.
We're looking for you
We believe you have a few years of experience from the soil and construction industry, for example as a site manager, foreman, or in a similar production-oriented role.
You don't need to be the finished site manager – what's most important is that you have the right drive, experience, and willingness to develop further.
We'd like you to:
Have experience with soil and construction projects
Have a good understanding of production, finance, and planning
Be experienced in leading and coordinating people
Be structured and solution-oriented
Have an easy time building trust with clients and employees
Be commercial-minded and see the bigger picture in projects
Have a B driver's license
As a person, you're confident, engaged, and down-to-earth. You like being where things happen and take responsibility when things need to be solved. You need to be able to make decisions, communicate clearly, and create momentum even when circumstances change.
