Your main task is to answer incoming calls from people in distress. As an SOS operator, you answer the emergency number 112 and are the first contact for those seeking help before other emergency resources arrive. 112 calls encompass everything from acute medical cases, traffic accidents, fires, to calls where someone needs a reassuring voice. Using interview support and adapted technology, you ensure that the right resources are sent to the right place at the right time. The work is often conducted at a high pace with those seeking help always in focus. You work at the SOS center where you sit in an open environment together with your colleagues. Training To set you up for success as an SOS Operator at 112, your employment begins with comprehensive training at our training facility in Kista, alternated with practical training at the center where you have a mentor. You will need to be away from home for occasional weeks during the physical training in Kista. We cover all travel expenses related to our training facility.
