The clinic consists of an inpatient ward, outpatient care with a reception and treatment unit, a radiotherapy unit, and a palliative care advisory team. In total, we have approximately 120 employees. Department 40 is the oncology clinic's inpatient ward with 18 beds. Here we work in teams with a holistic perspective around patients with oncological and hematological diseases in curative or palliative stages. JOB DUTIES As a nurse with us, you work with both acute care and palliative care, which provides varied and developmental work. You have the opportunity to alternate between many nursing technical tasks and psychosocial care. In addition to the usual nursing duties, after completing special training, you will also have the opportunity to administer chemotherapy treatments and thus gain a deeper understanding of the whole picture. We work in pair care with a nurse and a nursing assistant. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse, or an oncology nurse, with a great sense of patient interaction and good nursing care skills. It is an asset if you have previous experience in oncological/hematological care. You value good collaboration and want to contribute to the organization's goal achievement through being engaged in your work. You feel comfortable handling both planned and acute situations and have a good ability to prioritize. We see that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language.
