About Hunnamålavägen 1 (formerly Dahlforsen) Hunnamålavägen 1 is a group home with six places serving individuals with autism and/or intellectual disabilities at various levels. Hunnamålavägen 1 is located in Urshult, in Tingsryds municipality. Currently, approximately 15 residential support workers are employed at the unit, with an on-site group manager overseeing operations. About the Role As a residential support worker, you will base your work on the residents' individual needs and wishes, providing support in daily life using a pedagogical approach. Working alongside colleagues, you will aim to make each day meaningful and enriching. You will provide support and guidance in personal care, meals, medication management, cleaning, community contacts, and communication. An important part of the work is to encourage and motivate residents to develop their abilities and create opportunities for active and meaningful leisure time. Your duties also include documenting and planning based on implementation plans. Work hours include day shifts, evenings, and weekends. We are also recruiting residential support workers for night shifts. You will have a group manager nearby who works part-time in the facility. This could also be a future career opportunity for you. Your Experience and Knowledge You have upper secondary education in health and social care or equivalent qualification. You have strong Swedish language skills in both speech and writing, good computer skills, and experience with documentation. It is a merit if you have experience working with this target group.
