This is an exciting time to join us. We've opened our new office and the team is taking shape, but there's still an opportunity to influence our continued establishment and community in Växjö. We're now looking for more experienced developers who want to help build Växjö's most pleasant consulting firm.
With us, you'll work closely with clients in Växjö and the surrounding region, contribute your technical expertise, and continue to develop in your role. You'll be part of a local team with your closest colleagues in Växjö and Karlskrona, while also having the Knowit Group's extensive network and expertise behind you.
Who are we looking for? We're primarily looking for you with several years of experience in, for example, Java, .Net, and/or full-stack development. We'd like to see that you have experience with and an interest in AI and Machine Learning, such as generative AI, LLMs, ML models, or development of AI-driven solutions. You don't need to know everything. For us, your experience is important, but also your willingness to continue developing and contributing your perspectives.
As a consultant with us, we value not only your technical skills, but also how you navigate your relationships with clients and colleagues. You need to be naturally curious about the client's operations, attentive to different needs, and enjoy finding solutions together with others.
You must be able to communicate fluently in Swedish and English and have Swedish citizenship, as some client assignments require it. A driver's license is a requirement.
We believe that you:
· Have at least 7 years of experience as a Java developer, full-stack developer, tech lead, solutions architect, or similar role
· Have a genuine interest in AI, data, and modern technology
· Have a strong interest in innovation and next-generation solutions
· Want to create tangible customer value and added value in every assignment
· Are independent, but appreciate collaboration and expertise in an experienced team
