Active Woman in Solna Seeking Personal Assistant for Part-Time Position (~75%)

Hi! Are you a female or male Personal Assistant with experience who is cheerful, social, proactive, and loves sports and athletics as much as I do? Then maybe you're the right person for me? Do you feel you can take your own initiative, read the situation regarding what needs to be done and how to handle different situations, and enjoy a busy schedule? Since I'm very active and train a lot, it's good if you also train in your free time so you can help me during my training sessions when I need assistance. I compete in Frame running, so you need to be in good shape to keep up with me when I run, and on top of that I also do strength training, dance, and compete in Boccia. I'm a social and positive woman in my 40s living in Solna just outside Stockholm with my cat (= you need to be comfortable with pets). Working for me involves, among other things, joining me at various activities/meetings, helping with cooking and cleaning, and assisting me with everyday communication. I enjoy training and painting. It would be fun if you share these interests with me. The work starts and ends where I am. I'm now looking for a flexible assistant who can work approximately 1-2 shifts per week and can cover for the regular assistant's absence. If we get along well, there's an opportunity for a part-time position of approximately 75%. It's important that you can be flexible as different working hours occur (day approximately 8-19, night approximately 19-08 with 6 hour on-call duty, 24-hour shifts with 6 hour on-call duty, some days I have 24-hour shifts). Communication and being able to understand me is a big part of the job, so it's important that you speak and write Swedish fluently. I will contact those I wish to meet for an interview via email. Welcome to apply! Mark your application with "Solna 2609". We provide personal assistance for those entitled to assistance in Stockholm County. To ensure competence and quality, we set high demands on players in the industry. We are an approved provider of personal assistance. A prerequisite for good assistance is good assistants. Therefore, we want to be an attractive employer with employees who enjoy their work and want to stay with us. With a collective agreement through Fremia, we ensure fair employment terms and reasonable pay. We continuously work on workplace environment issues and offer regular staff meetings and employee check-ins. Salary negotiations take place annually. Just like our customers, all employees have a contact person at the company they can turn to with questions and concerns about their work, as well as on-call service available for acute matters outside office hours. We want to be the assistance company that is never afraid to try new ways of working. We don't claim to have the knowledge about what's best for our customers; we're always open to learning new things. We let our customers decide which parts of the assistance we should handle and which parts the customer handles themselves. We support and guide where needed and don't interfere where we don't need to. There are as many ways to have assistance as there are people entitled to assistance. The laws that regulate personal assistance are many and must be followed by all involved, but there are also many parts of the assistance that the person entitled to assistance is free to shape according to their needs and wishes. We're happy to share our experience and knowledge, but we never claim to have the answers about what's right or wrong for the individual.
