Production Manager in Industry at Ragn-Sells in Skellefteå

Here you'll get a role where no two days are the same. As a production manager, you'll hold customer projects together, plan, coordinate, and solve problems as they arise. You'll become an important part of building up both the team, work methods, and operations – for someone who enjoys responsibility, people, and making things happen. About Us Ragn-Sells is one of Sweden's leading specialist companies in recycling and the environment. We collect, process, and recycle waste and residual products from businesses, organizations, and households throughout Sweden. Our experienced and professional employees believe in simple solutions, responsibility, holistic thinking, and forward-thinking. We have just over 1,600 employees in Sweden. Ragn-Sells Group also operates in Norway, Denmark, and Estonia. What We Offer At Ragn-Sells, we offer: • Work in one of Sweden's most important industries • A pleasant workplace with good and competent colleagues • Employment terms with market-competitive salaries, collective agreements, pension, development opportunities, wellness allowance, etc. • Competence development opportunities through our own Academy Your Responsibilities As a production manager, you'll have a varied day-to-day role that largely revolves around planning, coordinating, and managing customer projects. You'll interact with customers, follow up on ongoing work, and ensure that the right things happen at the right time and with the right quality. When things don't go according to plan, you're the type who likes to roll up your sleeves, find a solution, and make it work. You'll also be responsible for classifying materials and hazardous waste and ensuring that correct documentation and declarations are completed. You don't need to know everything from the start – we have in-house expertise in areas such as chemicals, material classification, and regulations, and you'll have the opportunity to build on your knowledge along the way. An important part of the role is also to help build up the team and work methods going forward. You'll be among the first on site and therefore have great opportunities to influence how the work should be done and how the operations should develop. The position is based in Skellefteå, with possible travel within the region. Your Profile We believe you're someone who enjoys when things happen and who finds it easy to create order even when conditions change. You're service-oriented, communicative, and have a natural focus on finding solutions rather than seeing problems. Perhaps you have experience in project management, coordination, operations, production, or customer-facing work. Maybe you've worked in industry, waste, transport, or a completely different sector where you took on significant responsibility. What matters isn't that your background looks a certain way, but that you're curious, structured, and enjoy making things work. If you have experience with hazardous waste, chemicals, or materials handling, that's certainly a plus, but it's not a requirement. We'd like to see that you want to develop and build your competence over time. Application Does this sound like a role for you? We look forward to hearing from you! For this recruitment, we're collaborating with Clockwork Bemanning & Rekrytering. For more information, please feel free to contact recruitment consultant Britta Larsson at tfn. 073–3512773. KOMAB Industrial Technology is now seeking two electrical engineers who want to be part of developing the industry of the future. About the Company KOMab is a technical consulting firm with the goal of helping its customers from idea to delivery, whether it involves smaller targeted assignments or larger comprehensive projects. The company has extensive experience in mechanics, electrical/automation, and facilities for industries such as mining, wood, and steel. Thanks to its industry expertise, KOMAB can both lead projects and deliver technical solutions tailored to the customer's needs. KOMab is a locally-owned company with modern offices in central Skellefteå, but a large part of the work takes place at customer sites. Here, collaboration, commitment, and the opportunity to influence both projects and the company's continued development are valued. Your Tasks As an electrical engineer at KOMAB, you will work on both internal projects and consulting assignments with customers in the industrial sector. The tasks vary between designing electrical systems, modernizing existing systems, and engineering new equipment. An important part of the role involves replacing or upgrading control systems, developing solutions for new installations, and ensuring that electrical systems function safely and efficiently. You may also work with programming and customization of control systems, where you collaborate with the customer and colleagues to contribute solutions that work in practice. The role involves close customer contact and participation throughout the entire project process, from idea and engineering to finished solution. Work takes place both from the office and at industrial facilities, which provides a varied day where technology meets reality. Travel may occur. Your Background/Your Qualities We are seeking someone with a good understanding of electrical power, automation, or industrial electrical systems. You may have an engineering degree in the electrical field, but we are equally interested in you who have built your expertise through practical experience, such as being an electrician. Perhaps you work today as an industrial electrician, distribution electrician, or panel builder and feel that you want to develop further toward design and project work. For us, it's more important that you have the right technical foundation and a genuine interest in finding smart solutions than the exact educational path you have taken. As a person, you are social, curious, and enjoy collaborating with both customers and colleagues. Since you will be representing KOMAB at customer facilities, we place great emphasis on your ability to build trust and establish good relationships. Like your future colleagues, you enjoy taking initiative, solving problems, and contributing to the company's development. Information and Contact Location: Skellefteå Scope: Full-time Employment Type: Permanent In this recruitment, KOMAB Industrial Technology collaborates with Wikan Personal. You will be employed directly by KOMAB Industrial Technology. If you have questions or concerns, do not hesitate to contact recruitment consultant Tomas Vidmark at phone: 0910-77 09 85 or [email protected]. Selection is ongoing, and we therefore recommend that you submit your application as soon as possible. Welcome with your application!
