About the Position
As a team leader in cleaning and facilities management, you are responsible for planning, allocating, and following up on daily cleaning work. You lead and support the team in operational work and ensure that facilities management is performed according to the client's requirements, procedures, and quality standards.
Work tasks may include introducing and mentoring new employees, planning staffing and work allocation, following up on completed work tasks, and handling deviations and improvement suggestions. You will also participate in daily cleaning and facilities management work yourself. The role involves close contact with both employees and the client, which requires good communication skills and professional conduct.
The position is full-time and work hours may vary. Start date by agreement.

Have experience in cleaning, facilities management, or similar service work.
Have previous experience leading, allocating, or coordinating work.

Have good physical fitness and enjoy active work.
You need to be able to take own initiative, prioritize work tasks, and create structure even when the pace is high. It is important that you are a confident and clear leader who motivates the team and contributes to a positive work environment.
Requirements for the position include good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. A B-category driver's license is an asset.
Meritorious
Experience in management within cleaning, facilities management, hotels, or other service operations.
Knowledge of cleaning methods, cleaning products, and hygiene procedures.
Experience with quality control, scheduling, or workforce planning.
Education in SRY, PRYL, or other relevant facilities management training.
Experience with customer contact and deviation management.
