About the Company
Dahlgrens Transport is a subsidiary of Byggbetong John Dahlgren AB. The company was established in 2021, and its business concept is to transport ready-mix concrete from Byggbetong's own facilities. The operation consists of 13 vehicles.
Byggbetong was founded in 1973 by John Dahlgren and is still operated by the same owning family. Byggbetong's history stretches further back, as we established Dahlgrens cement foundry in 1935, which supplies prefabricated concrete products and remains operational today.
Since its inception, the company has progressively expanded, and we now operate seven facilities in total. We manufacture and sell ready-mix concrete to customers in Örnsköldsvik, Umeå, the Skellefteå region, and inland municipalities near Kristineberg, Malå, and Lycksele.
We are now seeking a driver with extended responsibilities for our operations in Luleå.
Your Responsibilities
Dahlgrens Transport AB in Skellefteå is now looking for an experienced and responsible driver to transport concrete in a concrete mixer truck. As part of this position, you will also learn to operate a mobile concrete pump. As a member of our team, you will play an important role in ensuring high-quality deliveries to our customers. The position is based in Luleå.
Main responsibilities:
• Transport concrete in a mixer truck to various construction sites.
• Learn to operate a mobile concrete pump.
• Maintain and care for vehicles and equipment.
• Collaborate with colleagues and customers to ensure smooth delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Your Background/Qualities
We seek someone with a valid license to operate heavy vehicles (Category C) and YKB certification. For this position, it is important that you have a technical interest and practical skills, as you will also be responsible for operating the concrete pump on-site. As a person, you are thorough, engaged, and flexible. You are positive and, above all, possess the will to do a good job. We are looking for someone with several years of experience in the driving profession who wants to take the next step in their career.
You should have a good understanding of workplace safety and the ability to follow instructions. In this role, you work closely with our customers, so it is of utmost importance that you are attentive and good at collaborating. You are responsible and self-directed.
