We are looking for a dedicated and analytical maintenance engineer who wants to make a difference! Your Role: As a Maintenance Engineer, you play a central role in ensuring plant availability and long-term development of our production-critical facilities. You work closely with operations and are responsible, together with various stakeholders, for driving improvement initiatives, development projects, and contributing to increased operational reliability of our machinery and equipment. In this role, you serve as a subject matter expert on projects and upgrades as well as support to technicians and work teams in their quality and improvement efforts. You also perform analyses and develop plans to enhance and strengthen preventive maintenance. As a maintenance engineer, you collaborate closely with colleagues and external suppliers. You will also be part of a network across the Boliden area - where you together develop processes, work methods, and support each other. All to ensure an efficient and sustainable maintenance process across the entire Boliden area. Your Team As a maintenance engineer at Renströmsgruvan - Sweden's deepest mine - you will be part of a team consisting of six employees (Planners, Preparers, and Supervisors) who together drive maintenance work for the mine's fixed facilities and mobile equipment - both above and below ground in a unique environment. Your Tasks: Develop and analyze maintenance strategies. Lead improvement initiatives and manage quality deviations. Perform technical analyses (including FMEA, RCM, criticality). Monitor key performance indicators for availability and efficiency. Provide technical support for projects, investments, and installations. Follow technical developments and oversee development matters. Participate actively in investment planning. We are looking for someone who has: University or college education in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience. Knowledge and experience in industrial maintenance. Experience driving projects and development activities. Good skills in Swedish and English - or the willingness to learn. Driver's license category B. We would like it if you, as an applicant, have an engineering degree with a focus on maintenance, machinery, facilities, processes, or equivalent. It is also an advantage to have practical experience in mining operations, energy, or process industry as well as experience in change management and improvement work. Property Manager

Your Role As a Property Manager with us, you will have overall responsibility for managing, operating, maintaining, and developing Boliden's property portfolio in a long-term and systematic way. You will keep property matters aligned with a focus on safety, quality, economics, and well-functioning delivery to operations. In this role, you combine long-term planning with operational matters. You monitor maintenance, operations, costs, and contracts, and coordinate operations staff, contractors, and suppliers. You also maintain ongoing contact with internal and external tenants and contribute to developing work methods and processes within the property field. The position is based in Boliden, and the starting point is on-site work since the role requires presence in the properties. Some remote work may be possible according to Boliden's guidelines. Working hours are primarily daytime, but work may occur outside regular hours in exceptional cases based on operational needs. Travel to other Boliden facilities may occur. Your Team You will be part of Office & Facilities at the Boliden office and report to the Property Manager. The department is responsible for properties, reception, access control and security matters, vehicle fleet, mail and package handling, and the Works Hotel. You will work closely with operations staff, colleagues, tenants, contractors, and other internal and external partners. The role involves coordinating and supervising others in daily work without formal personnel responsibility. Your Responsibilities You will be responsible for the long-term and systematic management of a property portfolio totaling 20 properties for archives, hotel, office, and industrial operations. This includes: Planning, prioritizing, and monitoring inspections, operations, and maintenance Monitoring heating, ventilation, and other technical systems Working with cost tracking and financial planning Coordinating operations staff, contractors, and suppliers Managing property-related contracts Collaborating with internal and external tenants and customers Handling workplace environment and safety matters related to the properties Contributing to continuous improvements in operations, processes, and work methods. The role may develop over time with greater responsibility for the property portfolio and possibly expanded management responsibility, depending on business development and your experience.
