We are seeking a federation director for a parental leave position in the Coordination Federation VärNa. You will be employed by Nacka Municipality and work on behalf of the federation's board. In this role, you will lead and coordinate the federation's work, support the board, and develop collaboration among the federation's stakeholders. The Coordination Federation VärNa finances and develops initiatives and working methods that strengthen collaboration and facilitate the path to employment and financial independence. As a substitute, you will play an important part in managing and continuing the work during the regular federation director's absence, while also having the opportunity to contribute your own perspectives, experiences, and ideas. Your Assignment: The Act on Financial Coordination of Rehabilitation Measures (Finsam) enables the Swedish Public Employment Service, the Social Insurance Agency, municipalities, and regions to collaborate through coordination federations. VärNa finances initiatives that strengthen collaboration and provide people aged 16–65 in Nacka and Värmdö better opportunities to move toward employment and financial independence. As federation director, you work on behalf of VärNa's board and are responsible for preparing matters, implementing decisions, and following up on activities, finances, and results. You lead the work of the preparation group, drive business development and environmental monitoring, and represent the federation in various contexts. The role is independent and involves close collaboration with the federation's member organizations, initiative coordinators, multi-agency teams, and other coordination federations. Is This You? You have good organizational understanding and can translate this into operations. The role also requires very strong communication skills in both speech and writing. We are looking for someone with: An academic degree in a relevant field. Experience working in a politically governed organization within the public sector. Experience in leadership and work focused on labor market issues and rehabilitation. Very good knowledge of financial management, as well as experience analyzing financial results, making forecasts, and budget planning. Very strong ability to communicate in Swedish in both speech and writing. Experience with qualified research and analytical work and familiarity with writing reports. Strategic experience and experience coordinating and driving projects and processes. Meritorious: Experience from one of the coordination federation's member organizations and knowledge of Finsam legislation. Experience in business development, process management, and/or project management within public operations. Experience preparing decision-making materials and reporting to elected officials.
