Civil Engineer in Infrastructure/Building Technology
About the Job
Dalarö Hus i Haninge AB operates in the Swedish construction and development market. We execute building projects throughout Sweden and acquire land rights and develop new residential areas.
We are now seeking a civil engineer in infrastructure, building technology, or a related field who wants to be part of developing and executing our building projects.
The role is broad and requires you to have a strong understanding of the entire building process—from design and technical solutions to production, quality, economics, and completion.
Responsibilities
Your duties may include:
· Planning and coordination of construction and development projects
· Design and review of technical solutions
· Assessment of structures, building materials, and technical requirements
· Ensuring that projects comply with applicable Swedish building codes, standards, and regulatory requirements
· Coordination between project management, designers, structural engineers, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
· Planning and monitoring of project schedules
· Monitoring project budgets, costs, and resources
· Technical documentation and reporting
· Quality control and monitoring during the construction process
· Identifying and managing technical and practical problems that arise during project execution
· Participation in project meetings and liaison with internal and external partners
We are Looking for You If You
· have a civil engineer or engineering degree in infrastructure, building technology, construction, or another relevant technical field
· have a strong understanding of the different phases of the building process, from design to finished production
· have knowledge of structures, building materials, and technical solutions
· understand Swedish building codes, standards, and quality requirements
· can plan, structure, and monitor building projects
· have good computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office as well as relevant construction, design, or project management tools
· hold a driver's license category B
· are fluent in Swedish and Russian, both spoken and written
Previous work experience in construction, design, engineering, or project management is a requirement.
