About the Job Working as a substitute means you replace regular educators during shorter or longer periods. Together with permanent staff, you contribute to creating a safe, developmental, and stimulating environment for children and students. You participate in play and learning activities or support students in the classroom and during breaks. You are good at creating safety and positive relationships with children and students. You are flexible, responsible, and thrive in a varied work environment where no two days are the same.
