About the role At Danvikshem, your main task as a nursing assistant is to ensure that our residents feel well. You do this by providing support with daily tasks, delivering care and support services, and participating in social activities. You receive great appreciation in return, a feeling that makes you feel good! Västra Huset is a dementia care unit. Work is carried out based on clear planning and routines. You work together with engaged and knowledgeable colleagues. You work in close collaboration with other professionals such as nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and activity coordinators. Cleaning is handled by our facility staff and meals are prepared by our skilled chefs in our own kitchen. Then you can focus on care and the people living here. Your knowledge and experience We are looking for you, a fully trained nursing assistant with a protected professional title who shares our genuine interest and commitment to working with seniors. Your personal qualities are important to us, so we are looking for someone who has strong customer service orientation enjoyed taking responsibility enjoys sharing your knowledge with colleagues has the ability to see and understand each individual's needs and wishes wants to provide good and considerate care. We also have some requirements You are a trained nursing assistant with a protected professional title You speak and write Swedish well. You have extensive computer skills. Meritorious: Previous experience in elderly care. Training in dementia care.
