Production Associate

We are looking for additional personnel for our production team at Laseronline Europe AB. Our production consists of laser cutting and processing of cut metal and aluminum components in sheet form, and our orders are constantly increasing. Therefore, we need to strengthen our production team, which currently consists of 6 operators and 1 technician. We are looking for experienced operators in laser cutting and bending who are self-driven, proactive, attentive, and can work with CNC-controlled and manual machines. We place great emphasis on a positive attitude, taking responsibility for being at work, and helping contribute to a good work environment and atmosphere. It is advantageous if you are trained in industrial technology or equivalent and have recently worked with manufacturing metal components in the metal industry. Since we manufacture in very small series, from one piece and up, with various forms of processing, it requires a lot of changeover work at different stations. Therefore, we would like you to be a flexible person who takes great responsibility for your work, is handy, quick but thorough, and enjoys problem-solving. You enjoy working both independently and as part of a team with others. Laseronline Europe AB (formerly Snabbstål Norr AB) is a relatively newly established company that is growing rapidly and is based in Mora.
