Description
We are now seeking a trained nursing assistant for a permanent position as well as a substitute for a longer-term assignment in Venjan, which is located approximately five miles from central Mora.
With us, you will have meaningful work where you contribute daily to safety, care, and quality of life for our residents in our residential facility Juntgården and in our home care services. We work as a team and value commitment, respect, and excellent service.
Work Responsibilities
As a nursing assistant with us, you will be an important part of our residents' daily lives and contribute to providing them with a safe and meaningful existence, including helping them with personal care, meals, social support, and household work. You will also perform delegated tasks from health and medical personnel, such as physical training or medication management.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant with valid professional credentials (required for the permanent position). For our substitute positions, no formal education is required, but experience working in care and health services is a plus.
To perform your work with quality, you need good knowledge of the Swedish language to communicate effectively with residents, family members, colleagues, and other professionals, as well as data skills relevant to the work. A Class B driver's license is also a requirement, as is providing an official extract from the criminal record registry before employment.
