Siljagruppen Arbetshälsan is an occupational health service operating in central and northern Dalarna, as well as Härjedalen municipality. We have a stable client base, and our customers include both private companies and public organizations.
Siljagruppen's main mission is to support clients with services in workplace environment, health, and rehabilitation.
Siljagruppen has its headquarters in Mora, and all staff operate from there. Our team consists of various specialists who all contribute to providing clients with the best support on workplace environment, health, and rehabilitation matters. Siljagruppen currently has approximately 11 employees and also collaborates with several consultants.
As a corporate health nurse, you'll be part of a cheerful, committed, and competent team consisting of four corporate health nurses, as well as other professionals such as medical secretaries, behavioral scientists, psychologists, doctors, physiotherapists/ergonomists, and occupational health engineers.
Your Profile
We're looking for a registered nurse, preferably with specialist training in occupational health.
In your professional role and as a person, you have a health-promoting approach and a genuine interest in people, their health, and workplace environment. As a person, you are organized, committed, goal-oriented, flexible, and efficient. The work requires high demands on collaboration skills and the ability to independently plan and implement measures for clients. We also see that you have a business-minded and consultative approach as well as strong social skills. You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Working as a corporate health nurse at Siljagruppen means you work as a specialist in workplace environment and health. As a corporate health nurse, you work at the intersection of medicine, workplace environment, and organization—more as a strategic consultant than a traditional care provider. The role involves supporting both employers and employees to create sustainable workplaces, prevent illness, and manage rehabilitation. The work is highly independent while you also have close collaboration with other corporate health nurses and other professionals. It's a dynamic and varied job with many visits to workplaces, which means travel is part of the position.
