We are now recruiting several substitute assistants for personal assistance assignments in Vellinge and Trelleborg. Working hours vary, including day, evening, night, and weekend shifts. We have high standards for personal suitability and we require that you have previous experience in personal assistance. Our assistance assignments function in different ways since the assistance is built around each specific client's needs. To function well in the role of personal assistant, you therefore need to be flexible and empathetic. Other personal qualities we are looking for are that you are responsible and respectful. Personal Assistant Needed for Active and Positive 29-Year-Old Man in Malmö

Sydassistans is now seeking a dedicated and responsible personal assistant for a 29-year-old man with a congenital muscle disease, Duchenne muscular dystrophy, which requires him to have 24/7 assistance. You will be an important part of his daily life and help him live a meaningful and active life. The man lives in a house in Malmö with his parents and younger brother. There are cats in the household, so you cannot be allergic. About our client: The man is cheerful, talkative, curious, inquisitive, and interested in learning. His main interests are motor vehicles, Lego, video games, retro items, and what's happening in the world around him. He enjoys watching documentaries, historical programs, and in his free time he swims at public pools, goes to movies, museums, exhibitions, etc. He has a zest for life and energy that is contagious, and we are now looking for you who share that same enthusiasm and commitment. Female Personal Assistant Needed for Man in Trelleborg 38.13 h/week

Personal Assistant Needed for Man in Trelleborg Sydassistans is now seeking a personal assistant for a cheerful and social 35-year-old man with a functional disability. The client lives in his own apartment in Trelleborg and needs support with daily activities. Work tasks include, among other things, assistance with: Mobility transfers (using a lift) Personal hygiene Household chores Participating in leisure activities Outings The client has his own car, so it is a requirement that you have a driver's license (automatic transmission) and are comfortable driving. Work Schedule You will work according to a rotating schedule that includes day shifts, evening shifts, weekend shifts, and on-call sleep shifts. Who are we looking for? We are looking for a woman between 25–55 years old, non-smoker, with a calm, responsible, and positive attitude. It is an asset if you have previous experience working in healthcare and social services, but it is not a requirement. We are looking for someone who is cheerful and solution-focused, with an interest in games, TV, and outings. Good communication skills are important as the client appreciates calm and clear speech. The client participates in daily activities a few days a week, and as an assistant you will accompany him.
