We are now recruiting several substitute assistants for personal assistance assignments in Vellinge and Trelleborg. Working hours vary, including day, evening, night, and weekend shifts. We have high standards for personal suitability and we require that you have previous experience in personal assistance. Our assistance assignments function in different ways since the assistance is built around each specific client's needs. To function well in the role of personal assistant, you therefore need to be flexible and empathetic. Other personal qualities we are looking for are that you are responsible and respectful. A driver's license is required. Employment terms are regulated by the collective agreement between Fremia-Kommunal. Selection is ongoing. We welcome your application! Company Information Sydassistans AB has provided personal assistance to people with disabilities in southern Sweden since its inception in 1994. One of our tasks as an assistance provider is to be the employer of our clients' personal assistants.
