Personal Assistant Needed for Man in Trelleborg Sydassistans is now seeking a personal assistant for a cheerful and social 35-year-old man with a functional disability. The client lives in his own apartment in Trelleborg and needs support with daily activities. Work tasks include, among other things, assistance with: Mobility transfers (using a lift) Personal hygiene Household chores Participating in leisure activities Outings The client has his own car, so it is a requirement that you have a driver's license (automatic transmission) and are comfortable driving. Work Schedule You will work according to a rotating schedule that includes day shifts, evening shifts, weekend shifts, and on-call sleep shifts. Who are we looking for? We are looking for a woman between 25–55 years old, non-smoker, with a calm, responsible, and positive attitude. It is an asset if you have previous experience working in healthcare and social services, but it is not a requirement. We are looking for someone who is cheerful and solution-focused, with an interest in games, TV, and outings. Good communication skills are important as the client appreciates calm and clear speech. The client participates in daily activities a few days a week, and as an assistant you will accompany him. We are also seeking substitute assistants who can step in when regular assistants are sick or on leave.
