Project Controller

About the Position As a Project Controller, you will play a central role in the company's project operations, working closely with Project Managers, the Finance Manager, and other stakeholders to ensure effective financial management across projects. You will be responsible for monitoring project financial performance and ensuring that projects remain on track in terms of budget and schedule. Your responsibilities will include everything from setting up projects and budgets in our business systems to invoice management, financial analysis, and reporting. You will identify and analyze variances, contribute to improving financial processes, and act as an important link between the Finance and Project Management functions. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in an international environment where you will continuously develop and broaden your expertise in project follow-up, financial reporting, and business controlling. What you will be doing Register projects and budgets in business systems. Ensure accurate invoicing and manage financial discrepancies. Conduct regular project follow-up and financial reporting. Analyze costs, revenues, and key performance indicators to ensure project profitability. Support Project Managers with financial matters and budget planning. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance and streamline financial processes. We think you should have We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, combined with 2 to 5 years of experience in finance and accounting. You have solid experience working with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics, and possess advanced Excel skills. Shipping Coordinator
An exciting opportunity awaits you as a Shipping Coordinator. In this role, you will be an important part of our dynamic Supply Chain team, ensuring that shipments are delivered efficiently and on time to customers around the world! This is a fixed-term position continuing until May 2028. Please note that the duration of the assignment and the end date may be subject to change depending on project requirements and business needs. What you will be doing As a Shipping Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and administering export and import activities in compliance with applicable regulations, internal policies, and customer requirements. Ensures that all required documentation is accurate and complete, and that shipments are executed in accordance with customs regulations, trade compliance requirements, and agreed commercial terms. The role also provides support to the organization on matters related to customs, international trade, and Incoterms. Key responsibilities: Plan and book transportation with freight forwarders and transport providers. Select transportation solutions based on cost, lead time, and customer requirements. Ensure deliveries are executed in accordance with agreed delivery schedules. Manage express shipments and priority customer orders. Coordinate direct deliveries from suppliers. Handle customer returns. We think you should have We are looking for a candidate with experience in international logistics, transportation, or shipping operations and a solid understanding of customs regulations, export/import procedures, and international trade terms, including Incoterms. To succeed in this role, you should have strong administrative and organizational skills, preferably gained in a fast-paced environment with experience working in ERP systems. You are an effective communicator with excellent written and verbal skills in both Swedish and English and have a proven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. A structured, service-minded, and proactive approach will help you thrive in this dynamic and customer-focused role. Since we are a company working with customers in the Naval segment, questions related to citizenship will be part of the selection process. Security clearance is required for this position, therefore Swedish citizenship, or alternatively currently living in Sweden with residency for a minimum of 5 years, is a requirement.
