The Projects Department is responsible for EHB's construction and development projects, from initial investigations and design to implementation and handover. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a project manager at EHB, you will have a central role in developing both new apartments and existing properties. You are responsible for leading and coordinating projects throughout the entire construction process—from early ideas, investigations, and design to procurement, implementation, completion, and handover to property management. In this role, you will work closely with colleagues in property management and development, as well as in collaboration with consultants, contractors, authorities, and other external parties. You are responsible for driving projects according to established goals for time, budget, quality, function, and sustainability. We want you to have: • At least five years of experience in project management within construction, property development, or a comparable field. • Relevant higher education in construction, engineering, or a similar field, or equivalent work experience. • Experience with new construction and ROT projects, preferably with a focus on multi-family housing. • Knowledge of contractor law and relevant standard agreements, such as ABT 06, AB 04, or ABK 09. • Experience with public procurement according to LOU. • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. • B-level driver's license.
