Behind it lies a modern technical environment featuring Kubernetes, GitOps, cloud infrastructure, and distributed systems. We're currently over 30 people and continuing to grow. Now we're looking for a DevOps Team Lead who wants to take long-term technical responsibility for our platform and help us build the next phase of our DevOps function. The Role This is a role for someone who still wants to be hands-on, while also having the opportunity to influence architecture, working methods, and technical decisions. You'll work closely with the development team and play a central role in how we build, operate, and further develop our infrastructure. The focus is on creating a stable, scalable, and automated platform where we can grow quickly without compromising on quality or availability. Initially, the DevOps team consists of two people. The ambition is for the team to grow over time, and you'll have the opportunity to set structure, working methods, and technical direction from the start. You will, among other things Design and further develop our Kubernetes platform Work with scalability, availability, and performance in production Automate provisioning, deployment, and operations Further develop our CI/CD and GitOps environment Work with monitoring, logging, and observability Operate and optimize SQL databases in large, high-availability environments Improve how we handle incidents, redundancy, and recovery Make technical decisions regarding cloud infrastructure and platform architecture Set standards and best practices for DevOps together with the development team In the longer term, help recruit, coach, and develop the DevOps team We Believe You Have Several years of experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production Good understanding of Linux, networking, and distributed systems Experience with CI/CD, for example GitHub Actions Experience with monitoring and observability, for example Prometheus and Grafana Experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or equivalent cloud platform Experience with SQL databases in production environments Ability to troubleshoot complex problems and understand the full chain from infrastructure to application Strong technical interest and desire to improve, automate, and simplify You don't need to have been a manager before. What matters most is that you have the technical depth and willingness to take on greater responsibility over time. Welcome to become part of us! 1 position(s). JOB DUTIES In your core position, you work with planning, leading, and implementing changes as well as carrying out various development projects. You actively contribute to improving the department's working methods and processes, analyze results, and produce reports. Your role also involves operational work where you engage with various issues. You collaborate closely with the Social Services Director, department heads, various key personnel, and employees, and participate in the Social Services Department's management group. Your first assignment as Strategic Development Manager involves leading and coordinating the department's ongoing transformation journey related to the new Social Services Act. The work also includes managing the transition from a cross-municipal perspective together with colleagues from all municipal departments. In this role, you will play a central role in ensuring that the Social Services Department's activities maintain high quality and that working methods evolve in line with the transition of the new Social Services Act. As a Strategic Development Manager in this assignment, you have a department-wide responsibility where you participate in the steering group and lead working groups. You identify needs and conditions, coordinate the transformation journey, document, follow up on results, share responsibility with the management group for skills development in the area, and report to relevant bodies. You represent the Social Services Department in various collaboration forums both internally and externally, and are responsible for monitoring the external environment, acquiring new knowledge, and suggesting improvements. An important part of the assignment is communicating with various stakeholders. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who has: • A degree in Social Work or other relevant higher education that the employer deems equivalent. • Documented experience leading and driving change work as a project manager. • Good understanding of and experience with the social services mandate in a municipality. • Several years of experience in authority work within social services. • Excellent ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing. It is meritorious if you have: • Experience working in a management role. • Training in project management. • Documented experience in project management related to change work with the new Social Services Act. BB Stockholm Seeks Midwife for My Midwife Program

We are now seeking a midwife for the My Midwife care model at BB Stockholm. My Midwife BB Stockholm We work in two teams with 4 midwives in each. Within the team, you are responsible for the woman from admission through all care until the postpartum checkup. Both teams together care for a total of 320 women/year. We work according to base programs within maternal health care and regional and local guidelines for BB Stockholm. Our pregnant patients come to us through referral due to birth anxiety and/or are assessed to have a special need for continuity based on one or more socioeconomic variables such as: foreign-born, unemployed, single, etc. About the Position The employment is permanent as a midwife at BB Stockholm with an assignment in My Midwife. You work in a rotating fixed schedule for 8 weeks at My Midwife BB Stockholm Family Kungsholmen and in the labor ward at BB Stockholm. During your shift, you care for laboring women and have contact with women in the latent phase. Your work also includes home visits through BB At Home, telephone counseling, meetings, and other administrative tasks. We have regular supervision with a psychologist. Of course, continuing education in both maternal health care and labor care is also included. Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for someone who is passionate about continuity and wants to keep the woman at the center. It is important to have empathetic ability and interest in people and their diverse needs. You should be dedicated, flexible, and independent with a willingness and desire to work in a team. You have good collaboration skills with both colleagues and our families. You also need the ability to prioritize. We place great importance on personal qualities. Qualifications Requirements: Licensed midwife with at least 2-3 years of experience, B driver's license. You must live a maximum of 1 hour's drive from BB Stockholm/Danderyd. Meritorious: Previous experience with maternal care, labor, and postpartum care.
