We are looking for an Infrastructure Specialist for our client in Danderyd who works with development and operations of advanced IT environments where security, availability, and stability are business-critical factors. In this role, you will be an important part of the IT Operations team and responsible for operations, maintenance, and further development of both internal systems and customer environments. You will work in complex IT environments with high security requirements and have the opportunity to combine traditional infrastructure operations with modern approaches within automation, DevOps, and platform management. You will work closely with experienced colleagues with broad technical expertise and contribute to ensuring a robust, secure, and efficient IT infrastructure. This position is a direct recruitment, which means you will be employed directly by our client. Examples of responsibilities Operations, maintenance, and monitoring of Windows and Linux environments Administration and management of virtualized platforms Installation, deployment, and updates of systems in security-critical environments Work in isolated (air-gapped) networks with high requirements for security and availability Automation of recurring administrative tasks and work with Infrastructure as Code Monitoring of infrastructure, log analysis, and alarm management System hardening, patch management, and security-related improvements Participation in implementation and deployment of new IT solutions Troubleshooting and analysis of complex infrastructure and system-related issues Your profile We are looking for someone with broad technical background in IT infrastructure and systems management and a strong interest in technology and information security. You have experience working in complex IT environments and feel comfortable in both Windows and Linux-based platforms. You thrive in a role where you can take responsibility, drive technical improvements, and contribute to developing a modern and secure IT environment. Requirements Experience with administration and operations of Windows and Linux environments Experience working in complex and security-critical IT environments Experience with DevOps-related tools and platforms such as Docker, Git, Ansible, Jenkins, or GitLab CI Experience with monitoring and log management, for example Prometheus and Grafana Basic knowledge in IT security, firewalls, VPN, and secure remote administration Experience with automation and Infrastructure as Code Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Meritorious Experience with virtualization platforms Experience working in air-gapped environments Experience with system hardening and security work according to established frameworks Experience with security-classified or security-protected operations Experience with CI/CD processes and automated deployments Other The position is placed in security class, which means that a security clearance with background check will be conducted before employment according to applicable regulations.
