We are looking for an experienced and engaged Tech Lead / Lead Systems Architect for our client who develops secure digital solutions for organizations with high demands on information security, availability, and robustness. The product area includes secure client platforms, mobile solutions, and communication services used in organizations with high information security requirements. The solutions enable secure communication, document management, and mission-critical workflows where availability, usability, and security are crucial. In this role, you combine your technical expertise with clear leadership. You serve as the technical leader for the team and are responsible for ensuring that architecture, technical decisions, and solutions support the product area's long-term development. At the same time, you contribute operationally to development work and ensure that solutions are sustainable from a development, operations, and maintenance perspective. You work closely with developers, product management, and other stakeholders to transform organizational needs into robust and secure solutions. This position is a direct recruitment, so employment will be directly with our client in Danderyd. Examples of responsibilities: Lead and support the team on technical matters Responsible for system architecture and technical decisions Ensure high quality through code reviews and established development principles Participate operatively in development work Collaborate with product management on requirements, priorities, and solution design Drive improvements in development processes, tools, and working methods Contribute to developing the product area's technical strategy and long-term goals Your profile We are looking for you with several years of experience with secure IT systems and who has previously held a leading technical role. You have experience with system design and architecture in Linux and Windows-based environments and a good understanding of network and service architecture for desktop, server, and mobile platforms. You also have experience with web service technologies, application distribution, security updates, certificate management, and secure communication. As a person, you are accustomed to taking responsibility for technical decisions, creating consensus in development teams, and translating complex requirements into sustainable solutions. Requirements Several years of experience with secure IT systems and complex system solutions Experience with technical leadership, for example as Tech Lead, Lead Developer, Solution Architect, or equivalent Experience with system design and architecture in Linux and Windows-based environments Strong knowledge of network and service architecture for desktop, server, and mobile platforms Experience with web services, APIs, and integration solutions Knowledge of certificate management, PKI, and authentication and authorization solutions Experience working with security requirements across the entire system chain – from client and network to backend and operations environment Very strong ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing Meritorious Experience with classified or security-protected operations Experience with container platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes Experience with highly available systems with redundancy, load balancing, and replication Experience with air-gapped environments or other environments with high security requirements Experience with product development in communication, security, or infrastructure solutions
