Dear Social Worker, Are We the Ones You're Looking For?
We are seeking individuals with at least 3 years of experience exercising public authority within any area of Social Services for consultant positions throughout Sweden. We are looking for you if you have worked with investigations in areas such as children and youth, LSS, elderly care, adult services, substance abuse, or financial assistance. If you have any of these competencies in your background, are self-driven, and feel you want to make a difference in your work life? Then perhaps you'd like to try working as a Social Worker Consultant? In the role of consultant, you will come in and relieve units that are in great need of extra help and make a real difference, both for existing staff and for clients. Consultants are directly crucial for many of Sweden's municipalities to function optimally – this may involve difficulties in recruiting, temporary spikes in cases, or sick leave and parental leave that create a need for temporary staff. We have Social Worker assignments throughout Sweden. We see that in this challenging labor market, many also temporarily step in as consultants while they search for permanent positions – and in doing so, give themselves greater chances for employment, both short-term and long-term. Your Experience: - Social Worker degree or equivalent - At least 3 years of experience exercising public authority - Good knowledge of computer systems - Good knowledge of relevant legislation - Ability to speak and write fluent Swedish - Driver's license Does this sound interesting to you? Apply by sending your CV or submitting an expression of interest on our website (https://sbsverige.se). We look forward to starting a dialogue with you! About Us Social Worker Staffing Sweden is part of the parent company Healthcare Staffing Sweden. Healthcare Staffing Sweden started its operations in 2014 and is today Sweden's second-largest staffing company within healthcare and social care. Since 2019, we have been named one of the country's Gazelle companies by Dagens Industri, and we distinguish ourselves as one of the country's fastest-growing companies. We are a thriving company with stable finances, something we think is important to mention for your peace of mind. We are also proud to share that our consultant managers have been with the company for a long time, on average 7 years, and thus possess great expertise in staffing. Those of us working at Social Worker Staffing have many years of experience in staffing social worker consultants throughout Sweden. We are a great team that believes in working value-driven with a focus on relationships, honesty, and helping. How It Works The first step to working as a consultant through us is that we create a profile of you in our business system. We start with an initial phone call where we learn more about you and your background, while you get answers to all your questions about us and how consultant work functions. We also need a number of documents from you to create a profile in our system, for example your CV and diploma. We then use this profile to match you with and suggest relevant assignments that fit your background and wishes. If you think that sounds like an interesting assignment, we'll agree on compensation and discuss other important parameters. As a consultant, you can either invoice through your own company or work as an employee and receive your salary each month just as usual. We always agree on all details before we send a presentation of you to our client – it is always you who decides what you are interested in. You should always feel safe at every step of the process. When you are out working on your assignment through us, you have continuous dialogue with your closest contact person with us, who guides and supports you through the assignment from beginning to end.
