About the role In this position, you create order and a welcoming atmosphere in the hotel's public areas so that our entrances, lobby, conference rooms, and common spaces are always sparkling clean and inviting. You are highly self-driven, take your own initiative, and handle direct guest service in the rooms (guest requests). Previous experience in cleaning and facilities management is a merit, and it is a great advantage if you have the opportunity to step in and support other departments when needed – for example, with room cleaning or in the restaurant with tasks such as dishwashing and breakfast service. Who are you? We are looking for someone who is professional in your role and personable in your interactions – you contribute to good team spirit and are passionate about high service standards.
