About the Role As a site manager, you become a central part of daily production. You work closely with the site manager, project manager, and other site managers and are responsible for planning, coordinating, and following up on your assigned parts of the project. We're looking for someone with approximately 2–5 years of experience in construction production and who has worked as a site manager, assistant site manager, or in another coordinating role in production. You have experience with new residential construction and a good understanding of how construction production is planned and carried out. You need to be comfortable reading drawings and construction documents and have a good technical understanding of construction solutions. It's important that you enjoy being close to production and that you have a natural drive to make things happen. You need to be able to take responsibility for your parts of the project while working closely with the rest of the organization.
