Pastry Chef/Baker and Gelato Maker

We are looking for you to work part-time as a pastry chef/gelato maker and become an important part of our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for manufacturing the café's baked goods, bread, and gelato. You work independently on production while collaborating closely with the rest of the team and working toward our vision and quality goals. We are looking for someone who is quick, thorough, and organized, and who thrives in a fast-paced work environment. You have an eye for detail, care about quality and hygiene, and take personal responsibility for getting the job done. Keeping the workplace clean, organized, and well-functioning is second nature to you. Job Responsibilities Baking and finishing the café's baked goods and bread Manufacturing gelato Planning and preparing daily production Responsibility for raw material purchasing and orders Inventory control and restocking of raw materials Dishwashing, cleaning, and organization in the production kitchen We are Looking for Someone Who Is a trained pastry chef or baker with professional experience in the field Has a good understanding of the craft and works with high precision Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can prioritize when needed Is responsible, solution-oriented, and self-driven Has a strong focus on quality, hygiene, and organization Has an interest in gelato and is curious to learn the manufacturing process Does this sound like you?
