Are you an experienced equipment operator who thrives with varying workdays, significant autonomy, and delivering high-quality work? Arnbergs Entreprenad is now seeking a self-driven equipment operator to join our team.
Arnbergs Entreprenad is an established contracting company with roots dating back to 2009, based in Åkersberga. We operate throughout the Stockholm region, with a particular focus on northern Stockholm, and undertake both smaller and larger construction projects.
Our assignments vary and include earthworks and site development, building foundations, water and sewage systems, drainage, excavation, site grading, and stone and rock drilling.

About the Position
As an equipment operator at Arnbergs Entreprenad, you'll have a varied role working on different types of earthworks and construction projects. You are expected to work independently, read and understand blueprints, and take responsibility for ensuring work is performed efficiently, safely, and with high quality.
Tasks may include:
Earthworks and site development
Excavation and backfilling
Water and sewage system work
Foundation and drainage work
Grading and laser level work
Blueprint reading
Machine operation
Other relevant earthworks and construction work
Since our projects vary, we're looking for someone who is flexible and appreciates that workdays aren't always the same.
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, we see that you have:
At least 5 years of experience working as an equipment operator or equivalent
Class B driver's license
Wheel loader certification
Road work experience (APV)
Good experience with laser and grading work
Good blueprint reading skills
Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your work
It's advantageous if you also have:
BE driver's license or higher class
Safe lifting certification
Safe excavation certification
Additional machinery operator certifications
Experience with water and sewage work
Experience with stone and rock work
Other relevant qualifications or certifications in earthworks and construction
