The Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Clinic is a regional clinic with reception units in Umeå, Lycksele, and Skellefteå. The regional clinic also includes a BUP inpatient ward located in Umeå. 1 position(s). About the District Court Lycksele District Court has eleven employees, five of whom are lawyers. The court now needs to strengthen its capacity with an additional judicial officer to handle a prolonged steady increase in the number of incoming cases. The District Court is small but has a large jurisdiction. The court handles all types of cases and matters normally occurring in a district court in the area from the Norwegian border to several kilometers from the coast. Work at the District Court is characterized by extensive delegation to a very experienced and competent preparation organization. The distance is short between all employees and all work is conducted with a constantly present sense of togetherness; at Lycksele District Court we help each other to do good work together. Both the average age and staff turnover are low. Through regular cooperation and various assignments for the court or individual employees, the District Court is a natural and active part of the collaboration between courts in the Court of Appeal district and in Swedish courts centrally. The role of Project Engineer Planning As a Project Engineer in Planning, you have an important role in ensuring that the project is executed efficiently according to plan by establishing and reviewing schedules and ensuring the connection to budgets. You work closely with project management who own their schedules, and your task is to establish, monitor actual results against forecast, adjust and maintain schedules in scheduling software. In this role you have many contact points and collaborate with both production and design, contracts and environment, hold work meetings and participate in sub-project meetings. As a project engineer in the department, you will report to our Group Manager within the production group and work together with our other project engineers in the department and also in the project, but also be part of a network within the field at NCC, such as participating in a specialist network focused on planning. Your Profile To be successful and thrive in this role, you have production experience combined with a technical university education and an interest in planning matters. You have a background as, for example, a Planning Specialist, Project/Contract Engineer, Site Manager, or Project Manager. You are accustomed to working with scheduling software and can present information in a simple and pedagogical manner. You understand the connections between good planning, progress and economics. You see the whole picture in planning management and can then break it down to detail level. As a person, you find it easy to build relationships and are clear in your communication with both internal and external stakeholders. To succeed in this role, you also need to have a pedagogical ability where you clearly and naturally bring your surroundings along with you.
