This position is based in Lycksele with physical delivery of our services but equally much digital work with customers across Sweden. In this role at Falck Health and Working Life, you work consultatively and value-creating in cross-functional teams consisting of occupational physicians, behavioral scientists, occupational health nurses, and others who all work together with our customers and their employees with good results. As a physical therapist, you work from a broader perspective than just focusing on the patient and have the opportunity to influence in contact with the employer. This could range from health examinations, assessment and treatment of work-related problems, suggestions for workplace adaptations at the individual level to assessments of the workplace's ergonomic conditions at group and organizational levels. You are thus involved in contributing to creating a sustainable working life at the societal level! In your role as rehabilitation coordinator, you have overall responsibility for a structured and efficient rehabilitation process and work consultatively to convey knowledge about occupational health and safety and health issues, driving rehabilitation cases forward with the customer in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Your tasks: Assessment and treatment concerning musculoskeletal disorders and stress Load ergonomic mapping at both individual and group levels Load ergonomic risk assessment and intervention Occupational health training Coordinate and collaborate with various stakeholders in the rehabilitation process both externally and within Falck Conduct work capacity assessments Support and close collaboration with managers and HR at the customer company to ensure the process moves forward Qualifications: Licensed Physical Therapist Good clinical experience in assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal disorders Good experience with rehabilitation issues, preferably from corporate health care or consulting firms Good IT skills and ability and interest in delivering through digital tools Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written Meritorious: With coordinator training such as KI's coordination initiatives, coordinating sick leave and the rehabilitation process Experience working with rehabilitation issues in relation to the employer's occupational health responsibility Experience in project management/coordination and team leadership Ergonomics training, TIPPA, MEBA, McKenzie or other assessment tools We are looking for you who have a genuine interest in people, their health, and working environment.
